360 Degree Assessments

Using our on-line 360 Degree Feedback Assessment tool, we measure an individual's effectiveness across a number of key competency areas.

Scope

Participants can be rated by colleagues, clients, direct reports and their direct supervisor as well as completing a self assessment. The assessment is completely tailored to your environment with freedom to choose categories to be assessed and the option to develop your own questions. The results are graphically represented (see Performance Mapping) clearly showing any gaps between self assessment and assessments made by others. This is a fantastic tool to represent not only performance but also perceived effectiveness and can be used for:
