Ashleigh has spent over 16 years working with some of Australia’s largest and more complex business, including McKinsey & Co and Bain Consulting. Ashleigh contributes significant skills in project management and the use of Human Synergistics tools such as LSI and OCI. Ashleigh’s expertise includes developing and implementing leadership and team development programs, cultural transformation and alignment, executive & business performance, team coaching and strategy development. Olivia Holmes, HR Consultant

Olivia is experienced in partnering with businesses, assisting them to asses and develop their Human Resource Capabilities. Olivia is accustomed to working with varied clients across all sectors and is the champion of the Virtual HR area for Slade People Solutions providing tailored solutions for every outsourced HR need. Olivia also specialises in the management of employee/ organisational survey projects; facilitation of training exercises which includes interview and assessment skills,  performance management projects (including implementation of 360 Degree feedback and specified skills assessment activities); outplacement and coaching; psychometric testing; development of human resource change initiatives and general facilitation.

Dianne Jabbour, HR and Psych Project Coordinator

Dianne has the national responsibility for HR systems administration and coordinator of large scale projects, including the implementation of performance management Dianne has responsibility for the psychometric testing administration and coordination for Slade People Solutions. She has experience in a range of psychometric testing, including personality, ability, management and executive assessments.

Tony Griffiths, Practice Manager

Tony has over 20 years management experience in the service area in roles encompassing Business Development, National HR and Training Management as well as working at the General Manager level. His strengths are in the areas of client communications, project management as well as the development and facilitation of training across a broad spectrum of businesses.
