Gavin is an Organisational Psychologist with over ten years experience, specialising in addressing managerial, staffing and individual needs. His focus at Slade Group incorporates executive and management coaching; career management and outplacement; mediation and conflict resolution; management training courses on communication and leadership skills; provision of solutions on HR, ER and OH&S matters; and early intervention stress programs. Gavin is a solution focused practitioner and believes in a risk management approach that results in favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.

Emma Lloyd, HR Consultant

Emma is experienced in partnering with businesses, assisting them to asses and develop their Human Resource Capabilities.  Emma is accustomed to working with varied clients across all sectors, specialising in the management of employee/ organisational survey projects; facilitation of training exercises which includes interview and assessment skills; performance management projects (including implementation of 360 Degree feedback and specified skills assessment activities); and the development of human resource change initiatives and provision of implementation assistance.

Olivia Holmes; HR and Psych Project Coordinator

Olivia has the national responsibility for HR systems administration and coordinator of large scale projects, including the implementation of performance management systems, 360 degree feedback projects and organisation wide surveys. Olivia has experience across all sectors and specialiss in incorporating a 'measure/manage' approach to maximise the return on investment. Olivia has responsibility for the psychometric testing administration and coordination for Slade People Solutions. She has experience in a range of psychometric testing, including personality, ability, management and executive assessments.
