Ashleigh’s expertise includes developing and implementing leadership and team development programs, cultural transformation and alignment, executive & business performance, team coaching and strategy development. Olivia is experienced in partnering with businesses, assisting them to asses and develop their Human Resource Capabilities. Olivia is accustomed to working with varied clients across all sectors and is the champion of the Virtual HR area for Slade People Solutions providing tailored solutions for every outsourced HR need. Olivia also specialises in the management of employee/ organisational survey projects; facilitation of training exercises which includes interview and assessment skills, performance management projects (including implementation of 360 Degree feedback and specified skills assessment activities); outplacement and coaching; psychometric testing; development of human resource change initiatives and general facilitation.

She has experience in a range of psychometric testing, including personality, ability, management and executive assessments.

His strengths are in the areas of client communications, project management as well as the development and facilitation of training across a broad spectrum of businesses.
