Slade Group People Solutions conducts a quarterly HR Forum to provide an interactive and dynamic sounding board for HR professionals. The purpose of the Forum is to allow sharing of ideas and knowledge and to be exposed to leading edge business and HR thinking.

Structured, confidential meetings take place over breakfast, comprising an open discussion section that allows members to discuss a range of issues that may comprise current and future challenges for themselves and their organisation, relevant industry knowledge and updates, legal, staffing and management issues.

The hallmark of these meetings is that the members determine the agenda with specialist guest speakers sourced for each meeting to meet the interests of the members. A maximum of 15 members per Forum allows for in depth coverage of issues.
