Scope

Exit interviews form an important part of the employment lifecycle. Feedback from employees leaving the workplace can be enlightening regarding "real-time" work conditions.

We provide a non-judgmental mechanism for collecting feedback. If retained we can also provide quarterly summary reporting regarding feedback with recommendations and key insights into the organisation overall.
