Slade People Solutions HR Audit is an assessment of HR practices with particular reference to existing policy and procedure, employee development and performance enhancement. Our approach makes use of a Strategic HR Checklist, in combination with interviews and focus groups which allows for an assessment of various components of the HR lifecycle.
