    Professional Experience

    Vivianne's experience in education is extensive and includes involvement in innovative teaching and learning practices, strategic planning and implementation, appraisal performance measurement and job evaluations, as well as design and implementation of business strategies. She has also been involved in major building and fund-raising initiatives.

    She has developed and implemented induction programs, staff appraisal and career development profiles, as well as being employed as the Change Agent in these sectors. Vivianne has a strong interest and background in HR and IR matters, as well as restructures and financial management strategies. Her experience in recruitment, marketing and enrolment matters is extensive both in Australia and overseas. Vivianne is highly regarded for her interpersonal and communication skills. This enables her to understand fully both the strategic and operational needs of the recruitment and selection process, in order to better target assignments and produce an optimum organisational fit.

    As a former General Manager and Human Resources Director, Andrea has a well-developed understanding of the challenges facing organisations in an ever-changing business environment. She has more than 20 years experience in the areas of recruitment and selection, development and succession planning and has a sound appreciation of the need for 'right fit' when it comes to matching individuals and positions.

    Andrea has had considerable experience in assessing middle managers and senior executives for leadership roles and she believes that psychometric and behavioural assessments play an essential part in identifying high-potential candidates.

    Andrea has extensive experience in coaching management teams and a strong interest in the field of coaching psychology.

    Amanda is an experienced business psychologist as well as a learning and development professional, with 12+ years experience in the corporate and consultancy world. As an interviewer, coach, assessor, facilitator and trainer, Amanda has spent the last 5 years consulting and contracting to various organisations.

    Projects included assessment, coaching and facilitation for leadership development, development planning and feedback, assessment centres, management coaching and training, success profiling, selection and career transition coaching.

    Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Learning and Development manager where she helped overhaul a performance review system, ran a high potential program, created 360 assessment tools and managed a learning program.
