Policy and Procedure Development

All workplaces have their own methods for conducting business. A hallmark of good business is to have consistency in these methods as well as aligning these to relevant legislations.

Scope

We will work with you to develop a suit of policies that cover the essential day to day operations within business that are usually underpinned by legislation or codes of practice. These can include

  • Sexual Harassment
  • Privacy
  • Smoking
  • OH&S
  • Emergency procedures
  • Environmental responsibility

In addition workplaces have their own particular policies regarding topics specific to their business these may include:

  • Bookings
  • Returns
  • Uniform/Dress code
  • Sales
  • Reporting
  • Company car use
  • Credit card use
  • Meals allowances etc

In addition to policy we will develop where required a procedural document that can be used to train staff and advice staff on the expected behaviour surround each policy
